We ask all clients to show up on time, as we often have a busy schedule. Customers that arrive 15 minutes late or more, may have their appointment canceled, unless we are notified beforehand.
If your nails become scratched or chipped, we will fix them if you notify the salon within 72 hours of the service. You must schedule a "repair" appointment within 7 days of contacting the salon.
We will not offer any refund because you have simply changed your mind. As soon as you leave the salon, means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
